Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, checks, money orders, bitcoin, or other alternative payment forms at this time.
Shipping to the U.S.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.
How Long Does Shipping Take Within the U.S.?
Domestic deliveries typically take 1–5 business days, depending on the destination location. Shipping times may vary based on the carrier and distance from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.
International Shipping
For international orders, we offer a flat rate of $10 USD for shipping, plus any local taxes and duties that may apply.
Please note, any additional cost is solely due to taxes and duties imposed by your local government. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that duties and taxes are paid upfront at checkout. The duties and taxes are recalculated for each shipment, but the price typically remains consistent unless your local jurisdiction changes its policy.
How Long Does International Shipping Take?
International orders generally take 7–14 business days to arrive after they have been shipped.
Recurring Shipments
For any recurring shipments, you may cancel or reschedule your subscription at any time via your account.
Billing
If you have joined a monthly subscription, you will be billed each month when your subscription renews, using the payment method on file. We send a reminder email 3 days before each order is processed. Charges are processed approximately every 28-30 days, unless you cancel. Your next shipment date is always visible in your account.
When you sign up for a new subscription or reactivate an old one, you will be immediately billed for the new order.
Shipping Safety (Temperature Stability)
Our products have been rigorously tested to ensure their effectiveness under various conditions. Short-term exposure to hot weather won’t affect the potency of our probiotics. On the other hand, exposure to freezing temperatures actually helps keep the bacteria in their ideal state, preserving their full effectiveness.
Additionally, our blister packaging is designed to protect the product from oxidation and sunlight, maintaining the quality of the live bacteria. For best results, please follow the recommended storage guidelines based on your local climate or travel conditions.
